Hengyang New Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Dingbian) is a joint venture established by Ningxia Hengxinda New Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and other investors, with the registered capital of RMB 10 million. The company focuses on investment, construction, operation and repayment of loan principal and interest of the Shaanxi Dingbian (Hengyang) 30MW PV Power Station Project. Adhering to the operation principle of “providing green and clean energy, striving to become an excellent clean energy supplier”, we have more than 100 employees related to design, development, engineering construction and management devoting to the project. The power station has generated electricity of over 100MW with reserve capacity more than 0.3 million kilowatts after put into operation.

　　The 30MW PV Power Station Project contracted by us in EPC mode demonstrates the advanced technology and environmental philosophy of China in the development and utilization of renewable energy sources and also make full use of rich solar energy resources of Shaanxi Province. In other words, it creates the good economic efficiency by means of photovoltaic power generation and fully utilizing wasteland.
