Responsibilities:

　1. Overseas information research:

　2. Overseas financing:

　　2.1 with the Group to expand overseas financing channels, organize foreign financing business;

　　2.2 to coordinate the relationship between foreign banks and enterprises, for foreign financing business;

　　2.3 swap foreign capital surplus and capital pool, improve the efficiency of the use of funds.

　3. Foreign capital management

　　3.1 forecast the flow of funds, according to the foreign financial market conditions and foreign trade in a timely manner to adjust the flow of funds;

　　3.2 According to foreign operations, investment, financing situation, monitoring the flow of cash outflow activities;

　　3.3 for overseas bank credit, offshore bank deposit products and so on.

　4. Tax administration

　　4.1 to understand foreign tax policy, preferential policies, to carry out tax planning, reduce corporate tax;

　　4.2 Responsible for working with accounting firms, finance, taxation and other management departments to accept external supervision.

　5. Customer management

　　5.1 to establish and improve customer files;

　　5.2 Summarize customer credit survey records.

　6. Contract management

　　6.1 Receive and deal with the marketing (foreign trade) manager of the contract, and do the registration number;

　　6.2. Initiate ERP system direct export contract review, review the direct export contract, and marketing (foreign trade) manager to do a good job of contract review issues to communicate, modify, confirm, query the contract unit pre - compliance situation;

　　6.3. Make the contract seal, transfer, archive, transfer, change, obsolete and record, backup;

　　6.4 translation, collation, provision of import, export contracts;

Qualifications:

　　Professional: finance, international trade, law and related majors
